Chloe is a college graduate with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and Communications, and a Division 1 collegiate athlete. She is a Jacksonville, Florida native and currently resides there where she enjoys spending time at the beach and with her dog! With expertise in sales, media and digital marketing as well as communications coordination, Chloe has been successful in solidifying relationships with builders, developers, and investors across the country with their financial, marketing and business growth goals.  She is instrumental in developing new relationships and establishing those as our long term business partners.  With experience at Troy University and Galloway Capital, Chloe is committed to delivering targeted, effective, and professional marketing and sales strategies that drive results.

Jeff is a South Carolina native who has been in real estate/resort sales, marketing and business development for 30 years.  Jeff has had a successful career as a top awarded sales professional, trainer and leader. He spent 24 years with Wyndham Destinations.  Among many of his accolades, Jeff was  the 2016 Top Sales Developer for Wyndham Worldwide and 11 Time Presidents Club recipient.  Outside of his professional like, Jeff spends time with his two sons and pursues his passion for health and fitness.  Jeff's highest priorities are building relationships, structuring deals, creating new opportunities and connecting folks.  Jeff currently resides in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Randy is a South Carolina native, graduate of The University of South Carolina, and launched his financial career in Myrtle Beach, SC in 1998.   Randy has worked in all facets of the mortgage finance industry and holds a Mortgage Brokers License in the State of Florida.  He is a licensed 100 ton Master US Coast Guard Captain, certified US Soccer Federation Referee, avid outdoorsman, golfer, family-focused and oriented father, and husband.  Randy’s top priority is relationship building, deal structuring, staying on top of industry news and education, learning from others, and providing white glove service and communication to ALL he comes in contact with.  Randy currently resides in Jacksonville, FL.
